Hi Chris,

I am starting to use the Matlab window now and I was wondering how best to deal with different protocols using the script. The reason is that i want to plot different things with different variables that aren't there in each protocol. I was thinking of having a variable number to decide the protocol in my experiment file and then build the Matlab script around this.

Cheers,
Beshoy

    Hi Beshoy,

That sounds like a good approach. Alternatively, you could use a different MATLAB script for each protocol, but that may be less convenient.

    Cheers,
    Chris
