NIDAQ digital word output

Hi Seth,

Per your request, I've added support for digital word output to MWorks' NIDAQ interface.

NIDAQ digital output channels now support two additional parameters. The first, "word", takes the name of the variable from which to read the output word. The second, "word_lines", is a comma-separated list of line numbers that should carry the word's bits. The first line carries the least significant bit. Any lines not included in "word_lines" can still be used as independent outputs. (See this example.)
