Chris,

It seems to be the case (via trial-and-error) that if you use the
action "reject_selections" you don't need to call "next_selection" but
if you use "accept_selections" you do. Is that right? (argh.)

Also: Cmd-C doesn't work in the server console to copy text.
Workaround: right-click and select "Copy".
Also Cmd-A does not Select All. Workaround: select text with mouse.
(I am getting the impression that I use Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts a
lot more than other users)

Thanks for all your help,
Mark

    Hi Mark,

Yes, that's correct. reject_selections implicitly calls next_selection, but accept_selections does not.

Also: Cmd-C doesn't work in the server console to copy text. Workaround: right-click and select "Copy". Also Cmd-A does not Select All. Workaround: select text with mouse.

Thanks for pointing that out. We definitely should support the standard keyboard shortcuts. I'll open a ticket.

    Hi Mark,

FYI, I added a standard "Edit" menu to MWServer. This adds menu items and keyboard shortcuts for Copy, Select All, and a bunch of other standard operations. It should be available starting with tonight's nightly build.

    Cheers,
    Chris

P.S. For a laugh, open the console window and try "Edit -> Speech -> Starting Speaking".
